Infusion RN Job in Lebanon, NH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a travel infusion position at D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. This is a day shift role working five 8-hour shifts per week with 40 hours guaranteed weekly. The assignment is 89 weeks, with a start date of October 26, 2026.

About the Role

As an infusion RN, you will use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care. You will apply critical thinking to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, modifying care plans or escalating to the care team as needed. You will deliver evidence-based care to ensure safe passage of patients and uphold the best interests of the populations served.

You will practice autonomously in alignment with professional nursing tenets, including your roles as practitioner, leader and decision maker, scientist, and transferor of knowledge.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)

Compensation and Schedule

Weekly pay is $2,553. You will work day shifts on a 5x8 schedule with 40 guaranteed hours per week.
