CVOR RN Job in Las Vegas, NV

You'll work as an RN in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a 13-week travel assignment with a start date of November 9, 2026.

Schedule & Pay

• 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Weekends rotate per facility staffing needs
• 2 on-call shifts per week and 1 on-call weekend per month
• Weekly pay: $2,987

The Role

You will provide direct patient care in a 23-operating-room facility with a 4-bed CVOR unit staffed by 20 cardiovascular nurses. You'll maintain a 1:1 patient ratio and work alongside CSTs, CFAs, and charge nurses. Day shifts include full OR support; night shifts involve in-house trauma teams and call coverage.

Your responsibilities include assisting with procedures such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve surgery, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and vascular and thoracic surgeries. You'll use the Meditech EMR system and work with hybrid room equipment.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular surgery experience
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Pediatric experience preferred
