CT Technologist Job in Jackson, KY

Kentucky River Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist to join the radiology department. You will work a 3x12 schedule on days, Saturday through Monday, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning April 20, 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, and extremities
• Conduct biopsy and drainage procedures under radiologist supervision
• Perform basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, and portable radiographic procedures
• Assist with C-arm procedures and OR imaging services
• Provide diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatient populations
• Demonstrate knowledge of CT system processing, surgical and sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy
• Perform general diagnostic X-rays as needed
• Work under the direction of a Radiologist and follow departmental protocols

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited AMA school
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Licensed by the state as a general radiographer

You must be available to cover holidays. You will receive weekly pay of $2,365.20. This position offers you the opportunity to expand your clinical experience while working with a dedicated radiology team.
