Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday with 5x8 or 4x10 shift options
• Daily patient load of 11 patients
• 40 guaranteed hours per week (facility may call off 6 times during 13-week assignment)
• Weekend coverage as needed
• No on-call requirements
• May be asked to float to surrounding outpatient clinics
• 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Arizona license or Compact license required upon submission
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification required
• AZ fingerprint clearance card required
• Business casual dress code
• Cerner charting system
• 8 hours of orientation
• Treat patients including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work with orthopedics, geriatrics, cardiopulmonary, neurological, lymphedema, and pelvic health cases
• Preferred certifications include hand therapy, lymphedema, and wound care
