Occupational Therapist Job in Cotulla, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a long-term care position in Cotulla, Texas. This is a temporary assignment running 91 days, starting May 18, 2026.

Position Details:

• 5x8 day shift schedule with no weekend requirements
• No on-call responsibilities
• Weekly pay: $2,304
• Long-term care setting focused on resident and family-centered care

Your Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop occupational therapy treatment programs in collaboration with customers and referral sources
• Implement occupational therapy treatment programs and assist residents with therapeutic interventions
• Utilize strong collaboration skills and effective communication with the care team
• Participate in building facility culture as a team builder
• Work within a long-term care environment serving diverse resident populations

Required Qualifications:

• Active Texas or compact state Occupational Therapy license
• Minimum 2 years of OT experience in a long-term care setting
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Therapy degree
