ICU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in a 20-bed Intensive Care Unit at Cleveland Medical Center, providing direct care to post-cardiac surgery patients. This is a 90-day travel assignment with 3x12 night shifts, paying $2,187.90 weekly, beginning July 13, 2026.

Your Clinical Responsibilities:

• Titrate sedation medications and vasoactive drips to manage hemodynamics and patient comfort
• Perform chest tube and line removal procedures as directed by providers
• Assist with patient mobilization and obtain daily weights to monitor fluid status
• Provide comprehensive critical care nursing for CABG, valve repair/replacement, Ross procedures, thoracic, aortic dissection, and general ICU patients
• Manage advanced critical care devices including CRRT, Tablo, Aquadex, Impella, IABP, HeartMate III, external VAD, and ECMO
• Monitor and respond to advanced life support equipment and continuous surveillance systems

You'll work alongside a team experienced in high-acuity cardiothoracic post-operative care. The unit specializes in complex surgical patients requiring intensive monitoring and intervention. Night shifts provide a focused environment for managing these critically ill individuals.
