Endoscopy Technician Job in Springfield, MO

Join Mercy Hospital Springfield as an Endoscopy Technician on a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work a 4x10 day schedule with hours between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM, providing 36 guaranteed weekly hours. This role offers the opportunity to support diverse patient populations, from outpatient cases to critical care and trauma scenarios.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios during endoscopy procedures
• Float to the cardiac cath lab as needed to assist with vascular cases
• Operate Siemens and GE equipment with precision and safety
• Document and manage patient information within the EPIC electronic medical record system
• Stand and walk the majority of your shift while supporting surgical teams
• Lift, push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs., and pinch up to 15 lbs. as required

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of Endovascular Tech experience
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Surgical scrub experience preferred
• ARRT or RCIS licensure preferred

On-call and schedule details:

• Weekend hours available on a call-only basis
• Average call commitment: approximately 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month
