Occupational Therapist Job in Overland Park, KS

You will work as a travel Occupational Therapist at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park, Kansas. This is a day shift position with 8-hour shifts, five days per week, running for 8 weeks beginning July 6, 2026. Your weekly pay is $2,044.

Your Role

You will serve as a float position covering all units throughout the facility. Your responsibilities include performing occupational therapy evaluations and treatments with patient ratios of 8–10 acute care patients or 4 rehabilitation patients, depending on the unit. You will work with specialized equipment including Hoyer lifts, EZ Stands, BITS, and Xcite devices. Documentation will be completed using the Meditech EMR system.

What You Need

• Therapy degree (Occupational Therapist credential)
• BCLS certification required
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
• Professional appearance; scrubs in any color are acceptable

Schedule Details

You will work day shifts from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., five days per week. Weekend availability is required—you must be able to work Saturday and Sunday assignments as needed. The assignment runs for 56 days (8 weeks).
