<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Radiology / Cardiology - CV Tech</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 4x10 day shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM<br>• On-call duties include approximately one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks<br>• Minimum 1 year of experience required<br>• Scrub experience required in cardiac catheterization lab procedures<br>• Experience preferred in both Cath Lab and Angio with scrub experience<br>• Will accept CVT with scrub experience in all service lines including cardiac and neuro<br>• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, RCIS, OBMI (Oregon state license)<br>• Must be willing to float within site and across the health system as requested<br>• Refusal to float will result in contract cancellation<br>• Complete assigned education within one week of assignment<br>• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations<br>• Perform complex cardiac interventions using advanced equipment<br>• Serve as first assistant to operator during procedures<br>• Utilize specialized equipment including OCT, IVUS, Rotoblator, Shockwave, and Impella systems<br>• Maintain sterile field and assist with balloon/stent prep and deployment<br>• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed with no RTO permitted in first 2 weeks<br>• Low census mandatory cancellation policy allows one shift cancellation per two-week pay period</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This acute care hospital operates as a 554-bed teaching facility and Level I trauma center with Magnet designation. The facility features a brand new cardiovascular lab with 7 procedure rooms equipped with state-of-the-art Philips Azurion systems and western-facing windows. The department offers dedicated private call rooms with showers for staff use and has dedicated environmental services and turnover staff available seven days per week, including overnight coverage. The facility utilizes Epic charting systems and provides free parking for staff.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><p>Portland, OR</p><p>Portland offers an exceptional quality of life with its vibrant food scene, numerous outdoor recreation opportunities, and unique cultural attractions.
