Adult Echo Technologist Job in Robbinsdale, MN

Join North Memorial Health's Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI) as an Adult Echo Technologist. You will work closely with cardiologists in an accredited echo lab, performing diagnostic ultrasound testing and providing essential cardiac imaging services to outpatients, off-campus sites, and inpatients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive transthoracic echocardiograms using m-mode, 2D, 3D, spectral Doppler, color Doppler, tissue Doppler imaging, strain imaging, bubble studies, and contrast-enhanced imaging
• Conduct exercise and pharmacology stress echocardiograms
• Assist cardiologists with 2D and 3D transesophageal echocardiograms and structural heart procedure imaging
• Administer ultrasound imaging enhancement agents and perform bubble studies with IV insertion
• Work across HVI sites as needed

Position Details:

• Schedule: 5x8 days (no weekends or on-call responsibilities)
• Duration: 182 days
• Start Date: November 30, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,880
• Location: Robbinsdale, MN (Clinic setting)

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Cardiac Sonographer
• Allied Health Professional degree (Associate's or Bachelor's from an accredited echocardiography program)
• Current RDCS or RCS registration
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and EKG rhythms
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
• Two supervisory references with employment dates required
