CT Technologist Job in Moses Lake, WA

You will work as a CT Technologist at Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake, WA. This is a travel position lasting 91 days, starting December 7, 2026. You will earn $2,920 weekly.

Schedule and Expectations

• Work 12.5-hour evening shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, Friday through Sunday
• On-call every Thursday night and every 8 weekends
• May be assigned on-call standby shifts as needed by the department

Your Responsibilities

• Perform Computed Tomography exams with and without power contrast injections
• Utilize automatic exposure control and appropriate technical factors including kVp, mA, time, and distance
• Follow Radiologist protocols for positioning techniques and image acquisition
• Perform accurate patient and image documentation in HIS/RIS and PACS systems
• Archive images appropriately within the PACS system
• Administer contrast media when appropriate and proficiently start IVs
• Transport, transfer, and position patients safely
• Monitor patient needs and evaluate patient mental and physical condition
• Perform SBAR as required and utilize AIDET communication framework
• Operate and adjust specialized equipment including gantry angle mechanisms and table height
• Handle confidential patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists RT(R)(CT) registration
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider level certification
• Minimum of two years of experience in a hospital setting preferred

Physical Requirements

You will occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., frequently stand and walk for extended periods, and regularly lift, position, push, and transfer patients.
