Radiation Therapist Job in La Crosse, WI

Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. You will work 5x8 day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility to extend to 6:00 PM based on daily clinical needs. This role offers 40 guaranteed hours per week with no float, on-call, callback, weekend, or holiday requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering all external beam radiation treatments to patients
• Operating three Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerators with a patient ratio of 20 patients per machine
• Maintaining accurate treatment records and patient charting in Epic
• Ensuring compliance with radiation safety protocols and quality assurance standards

Qualifications and requirements:

• Current ARRT (RT) and AHA BLS certifications
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Radiation Therapy
• Minimum 3–5+ years of radiation therapy experience
• Varian TrueBeam and ARIA experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred

This position begins July 6, 2026, and runs for 91 days. You will receive $2,880 per week.
