X-Ray Technician

Job Details:

• Work weekend rotation with on-call schedule
• Normal business operations: 16 hours
• Billable overtime after 40 hours per week (36-40 hours/week) or after 48 hours per week (48+ hours/week)
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless unit is closed
• Must have ARRT certification and BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 12 months of X-Ray experience in clinic or hospital setting required
• Iowa radiology license highly preferred (will accept non-licensed candidates who must apply for license upon acceptance)
• Proficient Operating Room experience required
• Equipment experience required: GE OEC c-arm
• Equipment experience preferred: Phillips Diagnostic, Carestream portables, Siemens Cysto
• Fluoro experience preferred
• Work with various imaging equipment including Phillips Diagnostic, Carestream, Hologic breast machine, Siemens Cysto, GE OEC c-arms, and Toshiba Fluoro equipment
• Handle average of 100 daily patient scans across all techs
• First time travelers welcome with required experience
• EMR system: EPIC
• Must maintain 24 months of current X-Ray experience in work history
