Occupational Therapy Assistant Job in Oregon, MO

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) for a long-term care position at Tide Health Group - Oregon Care Center in Oregon, Missouri. This is a temporary assignment running 91 days, starting June 1, 2026.

Position Details

• Monday through Friday schedule, 5x8 flex shifts (no weekends unless a holiday falls within the weekdays)
• No on-call responsibilities
• Weekly pay: $1,584

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions under Occupational Therapist supervision
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, and modalities
• Assess patient progress and communicate findings with your supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system
• Participate in patient care conferences and utilization review meetings
• Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
• Attend facility and company required trainings and in-services
• Supervise and support students under OT guidance

Requirements

• Missouri OTA license required
• Minimum 1 year of OTA experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
• New graduates accepted if Level II fieldwork experience is completed (Level I observation alone does not qualify)
• Adherence to NBCOT/AOTA and State practice requirements and code of conduct
