Pharmacy Technician Travel Job in Shawnee Mission, KS

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for an 89-day travel assignment in the Shawnee Mission, Kansas area at an acute care facility. This is a day shift role working 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with no weekend requirements and no on-call responsibilities.

Position Overview

You will work in a hospital pharmacy setting, performing pharmacy technician duties under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Your responsibilities will include preparing medications, managing inventory, processing prescriptions, and supporting overall pharmacy operations in an acute care environment.

Compensation and Schedule

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Minimum 1 year of travel healthcare experience
• Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy technician experience
• PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) certification
• CERT-PTCB (Compound Sterile Prep Tech) certification
• Active Kansas pharmacy technician license
