RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Schedule consists of 2 ten-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and 2 eight-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) totaling 36 hours per week
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
• Patient ratio is 1:2 with 3 rooms, 11 beds, and an average daily census of 20
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• ERCP experience required; additional procedures include ERCP with Spy Glass, Bronchoscopy, EBUS Procedures, Colonoscopy, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), and ION Procedure
• Skills required include administering and monitoring conscious sedation, circulating, scrubbing, and inpatient care
• Unit systems used: Pyxis and Epic; Epic charting experience preferred
• Scrub color: Navy Blue
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; RTO blackout dates apply during Spring Break (April 4th - 12th)
• 2 to 3 weekends required per contract
• No floating required
• Call requirements include 1 weekday call shift per week and 1 weekend call per 6-week schedule
• Holiday work expectations apply based on number of major holidays falling within the assignment period
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Georgia or Compact nursing license required
