Pharmacist Job in Rhinelander, WI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Pharmacist for a 13-week contract at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. This is a night shift position working 4x10 hours with guaranteed 72 hours biweekly, and overtime compensation after 80 hours worked in the second week.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 PM–6:00 AM
• Friday: 8:30 PM–7:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Sunday: 7:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required

Your Responsibilities:

• Verify Epic orders and check technician work in the central inpatient pharmacy
• Answer pharmacist phone calls and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities
• Provide inpatient and outpatient IVs and compound inpatient unit dose medications
• Cover multiple hospital orders throughout the organization during night shift
• Work with Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Med/Surg, OB/GYN, ICU, outpatient oncology, and ED departments

Requirements:

• Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• Master's degree required; Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred
• Minimum 1 year of inpatient hospital experience
• Epic charting system experience required

Additional Information:

• Subject to low census and on-call status with 2-hour minimum callback
• No float requirements
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
• Hospital scrubs provided
• Mask required at all times during flu season if declining flu and COVID vaccination per facility policy

Compensation: $3,600 weekly. Contract begins April 13, 2026.
