Interventional Radiology Technologist Job in Portsmouth, NH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, NH. This is a full-time role working Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call responsibilities.

About the Role

You will work in two interventional radiology suites, supporting an average of 10 patients per room. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing and assisting with a range of procedures:

• PICC line placement
• Paracentesis and thoracentesis
• Kyphoplasty
• Port placement
• Ablations
• ESI (epidural steroid injection)
• EKOS for pulmonary embolism
• Trevo for stroke intervention

You will operate Philips biplane and Toshiba single-plane imaging equipment. Prior experience in interventional radiology or the catheterization lab is required. Candidates with IR neuro experience will be considered first.

Scheduling and On-Call

Your primary schedule is 5 days per week, 8-hour days. On-call coverage is required for nights, with call rotation every 3rd to 4th weekend and one weeknight per rotation cycle.

Requirements

• ARRT certification
• Active New Hampshire radiologic technologist license (must be in hand at time of application)
• IR or Cath Lab experience

Compensation and Benefits

Weekly pay is $2,810. The hospital provides scrubs. Your assignment runs 91 days, starting November 16, 2026.
