RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday requirement
• Current Wisconsin RN license required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Flu vaccination required
• Education verification required
• May be required to float to other units
• Utilize nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved policies and procedures
• Document according to standards of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute individualized patient care plans
• Participate in department performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patient care
• Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and experience
