ICU RN Night Shift Job in Clarkston, WA

You'll work nights in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital ICU/PCU unit in Clarkston, WA, providing direct patient care and clinical leadership during your shift. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting June 29, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,496.60.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation of patient responses
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status, nursing interventions, and clinical changes during your shift
• Communicate critical lab values to physicians promptly according to facility policy
• Ensure physician orders are executed accurately and completed within required timeframes
• Provide thorough change-of-shift reports to incoming nursing staff with all relevant clinical information
• Implement and maintain infection control and isolation procedures using proper technique and documentation
• Apply standard precautions consistently throughout your shift
• Identify patient and family education needs and provide education using appropriate methods
• Implement patient safety measures including proper use of side rails, restraints, and safe equipment operation
• Demonstrate safe operation of all equipment used in ICU, PCU, and medical-surgical areas
• Perform troubleshooting and follow facility procedures for equipment repair and maintenance
• Maintain and restock emergency carts, room supplies, and general unit supplies as needed
• Float to the Medical-Surgical Unit when staffing needs require

You'll need:

• Current, active Washington State nursing license (RN)
• Experience working in ICU and critical care environments
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage multiple patients
• Strong communication and documentation skills
