NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Weekend day shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• 13-week contract duration
• Guaranteed hours: 72 bi-weekly or 96 bi-weekly option available
• Maximum RTO: 1 week
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required - may float to assist in other areas but will not take an assignment in other units
• Block scheduling available
• Care for a variety of NICU patients ranging from stable feeder growers through critical level 3 patients
• Patient ratio: 1:1 to 1:3
• 40-bed unit
• NICU level 3 experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Indiana RN licensure required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE
• EMR system: Cerner
• Scrub color: Navy blue
• Orientation: 2 twelve-hour shifts
• Must reside greater than 50 miles from facility - local candidates not accepted
