PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (5x8 schedule)
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Daily caseload of 5-6 units per day
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• Every other weekend required per facility policy
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating to sister facilities required
• Travel experience required
• Must have case management skills and work independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills required
• Must be able to supervise PTAs
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism required
• Flexibility and positive attitude essential
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Epic charting system used
• 8-hour orientation with preceptor
• No more than 7 days RTO allowed per 13-week contract
• Must maintain valid state license at time of submission
• Wound care certification required
• Extensive skills required including adaptive equipment, gait training, orthopedics, neurology, and various therapeutic techniques
