Telemetry RN Job in Waterloo, IA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 90-day travel assignment in Waterloo, IA at MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center. You will work on a medical-surgical telemetry unit providing direct patient care on the night shift.

Shift Details:

• Three 12.5-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend rotation
• Holiday rotation—work every other holiday

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to medical-surgical patients requiring telemetry monitoring
• Monitor cardiac rhythms continuously and respond promptly to telemetry alarms
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain quality patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records

Assignment Details:

• Start date: May 18, 2026
• Duration: 90 days
• Weekly pay: $2,213.64
