CT Technologist Job in Peoria, IL

OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL is seeking a CT Technologist to join its imaging department on a 140-day travel assignment beginning August 10, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work 3 consecutive 12-hour night shifts per week, beginning at 7:00 PM. Your schedule covers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on a rotating every-third-weekend basis. There are no on-call, standby, or holiday requirements, and you will not float to other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT scanning procedures in a high-acuity, high-volume environment
• Initiate IVs independently as needed
• Operate GE brand CT scanners within a 5-scanner department
• Utilize Epic EMR and PACS documentation systems
• Deliver imaging services in a Level 1 trauma facility

Qualifications and Experience

• Current ARRT, IEMA, and BLS certifications required
• Active Illinois state license or confirmation of initiated application process
• Level 1 trauma center experience required
• Hands-on experience with GE CT scanner technology required
• Previous travel healthcare experience preferred

Compensation and Schedule

You will earn $2,980.80 per week for this 140-day assignment. With predictable night shifts and no floating, you can plan your time off with confidence.

Work Environment

Solid-colored or printed scrubs are acceptable. You will work within a well-equipped imaging department using current technology and electronic health record systems. The fast-paced setting serves as a Level 1 trauma center, providing valuable clinical exposure.
