Registered Nurse - Operating Room @ Piedmont Atlanta Hospital

Job Details:

• 4 years of Operating Room experience prior to travel required
• Must have experience in Neurology, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics
• 3 years minimum experience - unit does not accept first time travelers
• Travel experience required
• Variable weekend schedule - will be discussed during interview
• Variable call schedule - will be discussed during interview
• Floating within facility/scope of practice and to Outpatient as needed
• Patient ratio 1:1 for all shifts
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• 36 orientation hours required
• Required certification: BLS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I and II experience preferred
• Must be available to work holidays - NO HOLIDAY RTO approved
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• Blackout dates: 11/23-11/29, 12/21-1/3
• Full compliance required to start on time
• Must complete modules during orientation which vary by specialty
• Two supervisory references required (Manager or above)
• Must be available to submit core items and complete labs within 48 hours of signing contract
