Job Details:

• Block scheduling type
• 1:1 patient ratio with a daily census of 10-12 patients and approximately 12 visits per day
• Work with patients across all age groups including newborns, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Treat a wide range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental and speech delays, expressive/receptive speech-language disorders, sensory disorders, feeding and food aversions, neurological conditions (CVA, Parkinson's, Bell's Palsy), DiGeorge Syndrome, and swallowing dysfunctions
• Perform Modified Barium Swallow Studies (inpatient and outpatient) and Bedside Swallow Evaluations for inpatient care
• Utilize AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Work across outpatient pediatric and adult settings with cross-training opportunities in acute care, hospital settings, and swallow studies
• Interdisciplinary support available including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy, Interpretation Services, and Transportation
• Meditech charting system experience preferred
• 2 years of experience required
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• American Speech/Hearing/Language Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Oklahoma state license or compact license required
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required
