SLP Therapy Job in Duncan, OK

Duncan Regional Hospital is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct patient care across outpatient pediatrics, outpatient adults, and acute care hospital settings. You'll work in a 1:1 patient ratio model with a daily census of 10–12 patients and approximately 12 visits per day using block scheduling.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering speech-language pathology services to patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics
• Treating diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder, speech and developmental delays, expressive and receptive speech-language disorders, sensory disorders, feeding and food aversions, TBI, CVA, Parkinson's disease, Bell's Palsy, DiGeorge Syndrome, and swallowing dysfunctions
• Performing modified barium swallow studies in both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Conducting bedside swallow evaluations for inpatient care
• Utilizing AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices as part of treatment plans
• Documenting patient care in the Meditech charting system

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Oklahoma state license or compact license
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Meditech experience preferred

• Schedule: 5×8 days (40 hours per week)
