Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work variable schedules including Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Sunday-Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Must be available to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as necessary based on hospital operations
• Primary coverage in acute rehab with secondary ICF/SNF rehab responsibilities
• Evaluate and re-evaluate assigned residents/patients
• Plan and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed by attending physician and/or consulting specialist
• Provide consulting physical therapist services
• Work with EMR - Meditech system
• Minimum 6 months work experience required in at least one of the following settings working with adults: Acute, rehab hospital, or SNF
• Must have primary acute inpatient experience
• Hawaii state license required by start of assignment
• BLS certification required
• Must arrive Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday
