Pharmacist Job in Ogden, UT

You'll work as a Pharmacist on the evening shift from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM at Ogden Regional Medical Center. This is a 13-week travel position with a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.

Shift and Schedule

• 4x10 hour shifts, evenings
• 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
• Work independently with technician support for 5.5 hours of your 10-hour shift

Clinical Responsibilities

You'll provide direct pharmacy services across a 24-hour staffed pharmacy alongside five other pharmacists. Your clinical activities include:

• Consult services for warfarin, vancomycin, TPN, and insulin management
• Drug information support
• Intervention management
• Support for NICU, ICU, OR, three EDs, inpatient rehab, inpatient acute detox, behavioral health, and level II trauma center operations

Required Skills and Experience

• Technician management
• Pyxis and CIISafe experience
• VigiLanz knowledge
• Proficiency with Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS, BD Pyxis, and VigiLanz systems

Preferred Certifications

• BLS/ALS certifications (preferred but not required)

You'll maintain a customer-first approach focused on supporting nurses and physicians. Dress code is business casual or hospital-provided scrubs.

Compensation and Duration

Weekly pay is $2,890.80 for a 13-week assignment starting February 23, 2026.
