Occupational Therapist

Opportunity:

OT - OT Inpatient

Job Details:

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients as a member of the interdisciplinary team
• EMR system: EPIC
• No on-call responsibilities
• Weekend coverage may be requested
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
• Billable OT hours: 36-40 hours per week with OT billable after 40 hours, or 48 hours per week with OT billable after 48 hours
• Scrub color: Dark Grey/Charcoal
• OT experience required
• Mandatory Reporter certification required
• First-time traveler accepted
• Active Iowa Occupational Therapy license required
• Active BLS required (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates also accepted)
• Skills checklist specific to Occupational Therapy required
• 1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years required
• Driver's license required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
