PICU RN Job in Asheville, NC

You are a registered nurse taking on a rapid response role in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a 56-week travel assignment beginning September 24, 2026.

Schedule and Hours

• 4 nights per week, 12-hour shifts (6:45 PM–7:15 AM)
• 48 hours guaranteed per week with overtime available after 48 hours
• No request time off or special scheduling accommodations

Onboarding

• 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift on the floor to begin your assignment

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $3,245

Dress Code

• All navy scrubs, all white scrubs, or a combination of navy and white

Time Tracking

• Timekeeping is managed through the KRONOS system
• Clock in with code 1 and clock out with code 9 for standard shifts
• Clock in with code 62 for return callback shifts
• Clock in with code 64 for productive time such as orientation, meetings, or education
• Clock in with code 66 for in-charge shifts
• Clock out with code 3 and back in with code 4 for lunch breaks
