Respiratory Therapist Job in Broken Arrow, OK

You will provide cardiopulmonary services at Cornerstone Hospital of Broken Arrow as a registered or certified respiratory therapist. This is a 91-day travel assignment working 3x12 night shifts, with weekly pay of $2,233.80.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to inpatients and outpatients
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures
• Maintain airways and manage ventilator support, including weaning protocols
• Administer medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas
• Perform arterial line insertion and intubation
• Conduct pulmonary function studies and cardiac and pulmonary stress tests
• Perform blood gas analysis
• Manage tracheostomy care and deliver CPAP and BiPAP treatments

You will follow all medical staff–approved protocols and departmental policies and procedures.

Required qualifications:

• 2 years recent experience with ventilator management, ventilator weaning, tracheostomy, ET tube, CPAP, BiPAP, and nebulizer treatments
• NBRC RRT or CRT certification
• Current Oklahoma Respiratory Therapist license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through American Heart Association
• Allied Health Professional degree
