Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts with hours varying between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• Treat 8-10 patients per day in outpatient setting
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Work with general ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and falls patients with large geriatric population
• 1 year outpatient experience required
• EMR experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and CPR
• Charting system: Cerner
• Work alongside PTAs and Rehab Technicians
• Department-specific orientation provided for environment, processes, and EMR
• Dress code: Burgundy scrubs top and bottom or burgundy polo shirt with dark pants
• Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per contract (3 shifts if contract is under 13 weeks)
• Radius rule: 50 miles, cannot be employed with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities within past year
