Med Surg RN Job in Hendersonville, TN

You are needed for a 91-day travel assignment as a Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical unit at Hendersonville Medical Center in Hendersonville, Tennessee. You will work the night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, on a 3x12 schedule, earning $1,918.44 per week.

About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care on general medical-surgical units
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs throughout your shift
• Administer medications according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate changes to physicians and other providers
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, respiratory therapists, and support personnel to ensure quality care
