ED - Emergency Room

RN - ED ER

Job Details:

• Work in Main Emergency Department and Pediatric Emergency Department (PBED)
• ASAP start needed
• Time off cannot be approved from mid-June through July
• Willingness to occasionally work varying day to mid shifts (6:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM start times) preferred
• Level 2 Trauma Center with 37-bed emergency department
• Patient ratio of 1:4 in zone
• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge, 7 RN, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 mid-shift RN, 2 mid-shift techs
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge, 7 RN, 2 Techs/Paramedics, 5 mid-shift RN, 2 mid-shift techs
• 4 weekend shifts required in every 4-week period; no on-call responsibilities
• May float to support ED patients admitted to hospital holding in ED
• Utilize GE Monitors and MediTech EMR system
• Must demonstrate high caliber patient experience skills
• High energy, self-motivated, and amicable personality required
• Dress code: Royal Blue scrub top and bottom
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
