Cath Lab Technologist

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Call rotation every other week (one week on, one week off)
• 24-hour STEMI facility requiring readiness for emergent cases
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist required
• Invasive cardiology scrub experience required; monitor experience preferred
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS
• Documentation systems used: Mac Lab and Meditech
• Equipment used: GE core equipment, IABP, IMPELLA, OCT, IVUS, FFR
• Procedures performed include: Left Heart Cath (LHC), Right Heart Cath (RHC), PCI, Cardio Memes, and implants including Loop, PPM, and ICD
• Floating may be required to non-invasive, invasive, and IR areas per contract
• Advanced skills required: multi-tasking, high-level communication, and team approach
• Required uniform: red or black scrubs or hospital-laundered OR blue scrubs
