CT Technologist Job in Johns Island, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at MUSC Health Emergency - Kiawah Partners Pavilion in Johns Island, SC. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with every third weekend required. No on-call obligations.

About the Role

As a CT Technologist with multimodality experience in CT and X-ray, you will provide quality imaging and patient care across both modalities. Your responsibilities include explaining procedures to patients, ensuring competency in all performed tasks, and producing diagnostic images for licensed practitioner interpretation. You may float to like units within scope to meet facility needs.

Patient Population

You will care for adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics with common diagnoses including STEMI, stroke/CVA, cardiac conditions, and trauma cases. The setting is primarily adult-focused with some pediatric cases, and some outpatient procedures are performed.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of imaging experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Proven travel healthcare experience
• Current ARRT Radiography (R) and ARRT Computed Tomography (C) certifications
• SCRQSA, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
• Experience highly preferred in emergency, trauma, pediatrics, orthopedic exams in both modalities, Siemens equipment, Epic, and PACS

Facility Details

Equipment includes Siemens X-ray and Siemens CT systems. The charting system is Epic (required proficiency). Dress code is teal blue top with black bottoms. Parking passes cost $20 (one-time payment for nights and weekends only). The facility may call off one shift per two weeks. ADEX provides your radiation badge; the facility does not provide badges to travelers.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,462.40. Assignment begins August 17, 2026.
