Physical Therapist Job in Show Low, AZ

Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center in Show Low, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 15, 2026.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts, Friday through Monday, day hours
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Weekly pay: $2,482
• No call responsibilities

Role Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient acute care physical therapy services across multiple units including ER, ICU, Med/Surg, and Ortho Center
• Complete documentation using Allscripts charting system
• Work with Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) support available Monday through Friday

Requirements

• PT degree from an accredited school
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Wound care experience required, or willingness to complete additional learning outside of work hours
• Current BLS Certification

Facility Information

• Any color scrubs permitted except all black (scrubs not provided by facility)
• Cancellation policy: 3 cancellations allowed per 13-week assignment
