Physical Therapist Job in Franklin, TN

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting at BMPT-Franklin Cool Springs South. This position offers you the opportunity to deliver direct patient care while building your travel healthcare experience.

Schedule & Hours

• 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours
• Overtime requires director approval before being worked

Your Role

• See 12 to 14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected as part of the workflow
• Focus on orthopedic patient populations

Assignment Details

• Assignment duration: 89 weeks
• Start date: July 27, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,959.03
• Float to other clinics within the region required (region includes 89 RPT clinics)
