ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an 89-day travel assignment at DPTI-Forest Acres in Columbia, SC. This is an outpatient orthopedic role offering hands-on patient care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Assignment Details

• Shift: 5x8 Days
• Duration: 89 days
• Start date: May 4, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,911.14

Role Responsibilities

• Treat 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Deliver care to outpatient orthopedic patients
• Manage double-booked follow-up visits as part of clinic workflow
• Float to other clinics as needed to support facility staffing
• Work collaboratively within a team-based care model

Schedule & Hours

• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week
• Overtime requires director approval before hours are worked

Candidate Profile

• Outpatient experience preferred
• First-time travelers and new graduates welcome to apply
