Telemetry RN Job in Manchester, NH

Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a travel RN for Telemetry. This is a 13-week assignment running from July 6, 2026, working 3 nights per week, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts). You'll earn $2,233.80 per week.

Role Overview

You will care for patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing post-operative recovery. Patient assignments are typically 1:5, with potential to stretch to 1:6 depending on census. You may be asked to float to other med-surg areas, PCU, or ED if overflow occurs, with similar patient types.

Requirements

• Active RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years hospital nursing experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Telemetry experience required

Preferred Experience

• Surgical bariatrics
• Cardiac care
• Vascular surgery
• Wound vac and dressing changes

Patient Populations You'll Support

You'll care for patients recovering from vascular, bariatric, and general surgery, as well as those with peripheral vascular disease, sepsis, atherosclerosis, GI bleeds, chest tubes, and arrhythmias.

Equipment & Systems

You'll work with Pyxis medication dispensing, Alaris infusion pumps, bladder scanners, EKGs, Atrium chest tube systems, Dinamap vital signs monitors, and Vein Finder devices. The facility uses Meditech Expanse EMR.
