Cath Lab Technologist Job in Salt Lake City, UT

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment at St. Marks Hospital UT in Salt Lake City. You will work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM on a 4x10 schedule in the 2nd floor Cath Lab within the main building.

About the Role

You will support a 2-lab unit with a core staff of 15 and day shift teams of 6–8 technologists. Patient caseload ranges from 5 to 15 cases per day, including diagnostic angiograms, PCIs, STEMIs, and structural procedures. Your responsibilities include diagnostic and interventional scrubbing with cardiologists, IABP and Impella support, and equipment operation including GE systems and EMR platforms EPIC and Merge.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification as RCIS, RT, CVT, or RN (scrubbing)
• Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional scrubbing
• Experience with IABP and Impella devices

Preferred Skills

• Rota experience
• TAVR procedures
• Watchman and MitraClip procedures

Assignment Details

You will work no floating between units. Night shift operates on an on-call basis; you can expect approximately 10 on-call days per month with at least 1 weekend commitment per month. Navy scrubs are provided by the facility.

Compensation

You will earn $2,439 per week for this 91-day assignment, with a start date of September 28, 2026.
