About this role
You will work as an Interventional Radiology Technologist at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of July 13, 2026. You will work day shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, five days per week.
Requirements
- Previous Interventional Radiology experience with scrub and circulate skills
- Previous neurointerventional Radiology experience with scrub and circulate skills
- Moderate sedation experience
- BLS certification required
- Vascular OR experience preferred
- Cath Lab experience preferred
- VI Registered preferred
Responsibilities
You will perform a range of interventional procedures including dialysis work (Permcaths, fistulagrams), nephrostomy tubes, arteriograms and embolizations, Y-90, G tubes, TIPS, Inari cases, cerebral arteriograms, coilings, pipelines, mechanical thrombectomies, and vertebroplasties. You will work with single plane GE equipment, biplane Philips equipment, and an invasive CT scanner. You will use the Cerner (Radnet) EMR system and maintain a 1:1 patient ratio.
Schedule and Environment
Day shift operates with two techs per room and one nurse per room. Night shift includes one tech and one RN onsite. You will be required to work every 7th weekend and have one night secondary call during the week. You may float to VOR as needed. The hospital provides scrubs.
Compensation
Weekly pay is $2,774.
