CVOR RN Job in Charleston, SC

Join Trident Regional Medical Center as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). You will work as a circulating RN for cardiovascular surgery procedures, requiring thoracic and vascular experience including heart and valve replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate cardiovascular surgery cases including AAA, coronary artery bypass graft, fem-pop bypass, and mitral or aortic valve replacement procedures
• Demonstrate advanced general circulating knowledge in positioning, prepping, and facilitating surgical cases
• Work in a 1:1 patient ratio with one RN and one CST per room
• Operate advanced equipment including XI Robot, Mako joint robot, and advanced spine equipment
• Support surgical procedures across general, trauma, orthopedics, urology, GYN, plastics, neurosurgery, and cardiothoracic specialties
• Document using the Meditech system
• Follow AIDET patient experience standards
• Complete three 12-hour call shifts per 4-week cycle, available days and nights
• Work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff

Schedule & Compensation:

4x10 days, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call requirements. Weekly pay is $2,610. Assignment duration is 91 days, beginning September 14, 2026.

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• Hospital-provided scrubs required
• No floating policy in place
