Interventional Radiology RN Job in Modesto, CA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Interventional Radiology department at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. This position offers the opportunity to support diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures in a clinical setting where nursing expertise is central to patient care and procedural success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in an Interventional Radiology setting
• Provide technical support for interventional radiographic examinations
• Assess patient condition throughout procedures and monitor for changes
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure proper functionality
• Perform radiographic exams on patients and produce high quality diagnostic radiographs
• Rotate through advanced areas of diagnostic radiology to expand your clinical experience

As the nursing professional on your team, you will hold primary responsibility for patient care—this is your domain, not delegated to support staff. You will manage patient ratios of 3:1 in step-down areas and 4:1 in telemetry settings, allowing you to deliver direct, hands-on nursing care.
