SLP Job in Sweetwater, TX

Avir Health Group, LLC is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) for a long-term care assignment in Sweetwater, TX. This is a day shift position offering stability and predictable scheduling.

Position Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (days)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,505.60
• Facility: Avir Health Group, LLC – AVIR at Sweetwater

Your Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve swallowing, cognitive, and communication abilities
• Work to decrease aspiration in patients through targeted interventions
• Create and implement communication treatment plans that help individuals express themselves and comprehend others more effectively
• Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of speech language pathology and audiology services within the facility
• Provide services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Follow established facility policies and procedures
• Deliver appropriate care and services to residents

Requirements

• Current Texas state license
• Minimum 2 years of SLP clinical experience
