X-Ray Technician Job in Greensboro, NC

Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital is seeking an X-Ray Technician for a 91-day travel assignment in Greensboro, NC. You will work 4x10 night shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with on-call availability as needed.

Role Overview

You will perform a wide range of imaging exams across multiple departments, including portable exams, fluoroscopy procedures, and operating room imaging. The department handles 250-300+ exams daily, offering exposure to diverse clinical scenarios and patient populations from neonates to geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct portable exams, fluoroscopy procedures, and OR imaging throughout the hospital
• Perform fluoroscopy exams including lumbar punctures, myelograms, swallowing studies, esophagrams, UGIs, and barium enemas
• Assist with OR imaging for ORIFs, hip replacements, PLIFs, ALIFs, TLIFs, ACDFs, and cystograms
• Support bronchoscopies and ERCPs in endoscopy
• Respond to exams in fluoro, OR, inpatient, outpatient, ED, and NICU settings
• Operate Samsung, Carestream, Siemens, and Philips X-ray equipment, plus GE OEC C-arms and O-arm systems

Requirements

• Current BLS and ARRT certifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience; 2 years strongly preferred
• Operating room experience required
• Proficiency with PACS, portables, C-Arm, and contrast procedures
• EPIC experience required; Intelerad experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome

Compensation

Weekly pay: $2,131.20
