Job Details:

• Work generally set schedule 5 days per week, likely to include 1 weekend day
• Must have Hawaii license by start of assignment
• Required to arrive Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday
• Minimum 2 years experience required, preferably with SNF level or Rehab hospital experience
• Must be able to complete Modified Barium Swallow Studies independently without radiologist supervision
• Acute care experience required with proficiency in MBS completion in radiology
• Work in rehab acute care setting with SNF facility experience
• Possible referrals for outpatient care
• Possible floating to other facilities depending on census and staffing needs
• Required certifications: BLS, Hawaii rehab licensure in appropriate discipline
• EMR system: Epic (starting November 1, 2025), Meditech computerized documentation for inpatient, paper and pencil documentation for outpatient
• Training provided in EMR documentation and orientation to rehab area expectations
• Dress code: Scrubs or per facility dress code policy
