Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Glenwood Springs, CO

Valley View Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient work in Silt, Colorado. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 30, 2026.

Position Details

• Work 4 ten-hour days per week with a rotating schedule
• Receive 3 days off per week
• Weekly pay: $2,598.80

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans for various diagnoses
• Focus on improving patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Colorado PT licensure through DORA or compact licensure for Colorado
• Minimum 2 years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred
• BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Must complete CAPS requirement through Colorado system
• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility
