Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Inpatient and outpatient setting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a pediatric echo lab required
• Travel experience required; local candidates not accepted (permanent address must be 75 miles from facility)
• Must be pediatric registered via CCI (RCCS) or ARDMS (RDCS - PE)
• Required certifications: BLS, RDCS-Adult, RDCS-Peds, RCS, RCCS
• Must have extensive knowledge of congenital heart disease and surgical repair
• Scan a maximum of 8 patients per day across age ranges from neonates to adult congenital patients
• Must be able to work independently
• Will assist with TEEs in the cath lab and OR when in the hospital
• Required skills: PACS, portable studies, and strong echo skills
• Required equipment experience: GE E95, GE S70, GE E9, GE IQ
• Charting system: Epic (experience required)
• Additional skills: 3-D Echo, bubble study, TEE, M-Mode, strain, diastology, treadmill stress echo, and right ventricular inflow/outflow tract
