Radiation Therapist Job in Florence, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment at MUSC Health – Florence, beginning June 22, 2026.

Position Overview

You will work Monday through Friday on 5x8 hour day shifts, with hours from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM or an earlier shift within normal workday hours. Your daily caseload will include 25–40 patients. There are no on-call responsibilities, and no floating is required between units or facilities. Weekend work is only required under specific conditions such as inclement weather.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate linear accelerator equipment and CT/SIM systems
• Manage patient caseload and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate charting in both paper and digital systems, including Aria and Align RT
• Comply with radiation safety protocols and wear required radiation badge

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT(T) certification
• SCRQSA certification
• Proficiency with CT, Aria, and Vision RT equipment
• Travel experience required

Assignment Details

You will receive guaranteed hours with the facility allowed to call off one shift per two weeks. During hurricane season (June–November), you may be assigned to emergency response teams. The agency will provide your required radiation badge. Dress code is black pants with a teal top or all black attire.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $2,592 for this 91-day assignment.
